This 2020 manufactured home hasn’t hardly been lived in long enough to get it dirty. 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a 10 x 11 covered deck off the back of the house, a proch off the front of the house and a 3 stall 24 x 48 garage with 3 separate stalls and 3 separate doors. All the appliances stay. Again, they are like brand new. This home sits on a block wall foundation with a crawl space about 4 feet deep and a vabor barrier. Internet was wish ISP Management and was great. Country living. No neighbors out your front door for a country mile.
